Installshield and Admin Studio

When adding a file, use the ISM, then build the MSI. You can add the file directly to the MSI, but then it doesn’t embed itself into the Cab file and thus you will need the file in the same directory as the MSI during installation. Much cleaner to have just the msi at install, then requiring all the native files to be present.
